Quality Safety and Environment
So, for proprietary products, teams of engineers specialising in different disciplines regularly verify their statutory quality (consumer safety being the highest priority) and their performance. HACCP, traceability and ISO audits of manufacturers and microbiological, physicochemical and technical self-audit plans are implemented each year to verify the required level of quality and the conformity of the products. An internal product consumer service allows us to monitor the quality of our products after sale and to deal with complaints and questions as part of a product improvement process. In addition, actions are carried out to verify the labelling of allergens in proprietary brands, in particular to control the risk of cross contamination at the manufacturers. Also, since 2000, the manufacturers of proprietary products have undertaken not to use ingredients and additives from genetically modified organisms (GMOs). For stores and warehouses, audits and training are performed each year to verify statutory requirements in terms of quality, safety and the environment, in particular the refrigeration system, the health and safety of employees, the management of customer contacts, evaluation of industrial risks, waste management, etc.
