AMHI: Les Mousquetaires Association for the Handicapped and their integration

Study and development of specific solutions favouring the professional and social integration of handicapped people into Les Mousquetaires; Assistance and consultancy to Les Mousquetaires firms concerning the observance of French legislation covering the obligation to employ handicapped workers; Organisation and promotion of the economic partnership between firms employing handicapped workers (in particular IHS - Inter Handicap Systems) which can carry out sub-contracted work, perform services and market products within Les Mousquetaires companies;

Training of future French Les Mousquetaires operators regarding their legal obligations concerning the employment of handicapped workers.
Informing operators and their employees on the policy of integrating handicapped people and changes to the policy;
AMHI develops and proposes partnerships aimed at integrating handicapped people into the workplace; Presentation of Les Mousquetaires' organisation and the policy of integrating handicapped workers developed by AMHI to the monitoring organisations for handicapped people under 26 years of age, in order to optimise their partnership with Les Mousquetaires;
Presentation of Les Mousquetaires' organisation and the handicapped people integration policy developed by AMHI within the organisations responsible for adult handicapped jobseekers, in collaboration with AGEFIPH (fund for the professional integration of handicapped people) in order to optimise their partnership with Les Mousquetaires;
In collaboration with its partners, such as OCTAPEH (central training technology organisation for the promotion and education of handicapped people), setting up of qualifying training courses based on contracts alternating theoretical learning and practical 'on the job' training.
